Social marketing firm Offerpop, a Facebook Marketing Partner, released a new tool aimed at helping its clients better understand customers and prospects.
Offerpop said Audience Explorer taps all of the major social networks with its new data-analysis, data-visualization and audience segmentation capabilities, enabling brands to identify and understand potential high-value customers, as well as track marketing performance and target their advertising campaigns.
The company added that Audience Explorer’s filtering capabilities allow clients to create and save unlimited custom-defined audience segments, which can be exported for use in other systems, such as customer-relationship-management and data-management platforms.
